Walsh also discussed with Merton the possibility of airing his "Freedom Songs" with the possibility of involving Coretta Scott King, the Ebenezer Baptist Choir, the Peloquin Chorale, and Harry Belafonte. Merton suggests involving the tenor Robert Williams and would contact Alexander Peloquin, the composer of the music.
