email —  Printout of a message sent via e-mail, which may be a message related to earlier Merton documents.


HACS —  Holograph (handwritten) signed greeting card with annotations. The original message on card was handwritten and either the message author or another has made further annotations.


HALS —  Holograph (handwritten) signed letter with annotations. The orignal message on letter was handwritten and either the message author or another has made further annotations.


HALS[x] —  Xerox copy of a holograph (handwritten) signed letter with annotations.


HANS —  Holograph (handwritten) signed note (intramural message or very brief mailed message) with annotations.


HC —  Holograph (handwritten) greeting card (not signed).


HCS —  Holograph (handwritten) signed greeting card.


HCS[x] —  Xerox copy of a holograph (handwritten) signed greeting card.


HL —  Holograph (handwritten) letter (not signed).


HL[d] —  Draft copy of a holograph (handwritten) letter (not signed).
