ITMS MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
 

Three options are available:

                Option A:

                One Years ITMS membership including The Merton Seasonal - $25.00

                Option B:

                One Years ITMS membership including The Merton Seasonal, plus
                the next edition of The Merton Annual - $40.00 (Published in the Spring)

                Option C:

                Lifetime ITMS Membership - $1,000.00.
                (This includes The Merton Seasonal but not The Merton Annual)


Please make checks (US Dollars only) payable to ITMS.
The ITMS is a nonprofit organization. Membership and contributions are tax deductible.
